I confirm, it doesn't change anything in the display of webpage when browsing the Internet, neither in the google image search, wikipedia, nothing.
Except when you search "Donad Trump" it shows Frump-a-lump instead of Donald Trump, but even the example search "serious people" shows only "serious people", no joke image.
Rename your extension or add more jokes. It's a bit light.
