Text to Speech
Select text you want to "read it out" and click on browser toolbar icon. You can also get the functionality work by right clicking on selected text and fallow to menu item "Text to Speech" and select the language of choice.
Text to Speech is a Firefox add-on that allows you to listen to selected text. With a simple click or right-click, you can have text read out to you.

There is no speed options there is no options other than the three other voices. Compared to the tts apps you can get on here, this one is worth no ones time.
