The extensions works well to open tel:// links. I am not sure if it supports callto:// or other URL protocols as these are not in the extension settings. When left clicking the extension icon there are 3 tabs, Ignore List, Manual Login, and Phone Login that seem to be geared to a specific phone system application. This is also available for Chrome in the Chrome extension store. It has potential.
