When I install Firefox on a new device, there are three add-ons that I install immediately: my password manager, uBlock, and Tab Stash. That's how useful this add-on is for me. I like using it when I have loads of tabs open and I desperately need a clean slate, but I have neither the time or the brain to filter through my open tabs to figure out which are important (and where to save them), and I risk being filled with dread over potentially losing something I want to come back to later. Tab Stash allows me to have the best of both worlds by allowing me to have my clean slate and also hoard tabs. Filtering through those saved tabs is also super easy, if I ever wanted to organise my saved stuff, or revisit past browsing sessions. Let's be real though, the way I use Tab-Stash is like a kid shoving all their mess under their bed so their room looks tidy when parents come to inspect. Realistically, it doesn't help me to be more organised, because I'm too ADHD for that. What it does help me to do is make peace with my chaotic internet browsing habits, which helps to reduce general guilt from being a mess. For me, Tab Stash is an essential part of my online self-care, because even if it only gives me an illusion of a clean slate, that's good enough.
