Tweaks to GitHub.com behavior to help developers, such as with a PR default branch different from GH default.

SC GitHub Helper is a Firefox add-on that enhances the functionality of GitHub.com for developers. It includes features like overriding the default PR base branch, blocking updates to the head branch when it is the default, auto-filling closing keyword in PR body, and reformatting the PR title for autolink reference.
