2024-01-27 | nervuri | This add-on doesn't *really* do what it says it does. `privacy.resistFingerprinting` is a global setting, it can't be toggled off in isolation for a single site. Web pages that are open in other tabs can detect when this setting is changed (by listening for changes to the "prefers-color-scheme" CSS property, for example). Too bad, I would have loved for this to work. | |

2022-09-20 | Firefox user 17336470 | Excellent! Unlike the other similar add-ons, this one seems to retain the cached websites and automatically apply the saved setting. As a suggestion for improvement, any chances to add some sort of UI to see/edit cached (saved) websites? Also an export/import option would be fantastic. Lastly, I would also suggest swapping the icon colors to show "red" when RFP is actually disabled (privacy compromised) and "green" when RFP is actually enabled (privacy protected). Alternatively, an On/Off button might also alleviate confusion. |
