Fantastic simple addon that does what it says, it even comes with removing political posts as a preset. Haven't noticed any issues so far, and the custom words I've added work perfectly. There's no visual disturbances, the offending posts just don't appear on the feed anymore. Exactly what I was looking for. Great addon!
