2022-09-15 RandomButNotSoMuch Awful, it reads and uses the emails data. > "In offering this service, we (Return Path, Inc.) collect and share information about non-personal email messages (e.g., commercial emails), including data about your email habits."

2020-03-11 Enervation See the following comment from https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/etqqgn/mozilla_has_banned_nearly_200_malicious_firefox/ffjc6d1?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x: Recently I found and reported a malicious plugin that claims to help you monitor Outlook, but will actually keep the password you input on their server. How did I find it? Because they basically reached out to me, told me that the old password no longer works, and asked about my new password!! Right after I changed my Outlook password recently. But I uninstalled the plugin a year ago! And they even send another email to notify me about that again! 4 days after the first email. And ANOTHER EMAIL after another 5 days. Three emails in total already, and now it's two days after the third email. I wonder if they will send a forth one a few days later... They just keep asking me to give them the latest password. Link A: Extension link here, This is the one I reported. "Notifier for Outlook" by "Return Path". https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/notifier-for-outlook/ (my link wasn't "en-US" though, I changed that to "en-US".) Link B: The email they sent to me include this link. https://notifierforoutlook.com/reconnect/ which requires you to install the addon first. The email was sent by this address: help@notifierforoutlook.com The problem is that, this addon (in Link A) won't even work on Firefox's default settings now. You need to turn off some security settings, or Firefox will refuse "the way that extension loads the login page" or something like that. So I cannot reinstall the addon and verify anything. Back in year 2018 it works though? I don't remember. And their home page says they are shutting this down by the end of this month, anyway... That was so long ago. I can only figure out that I installed the extension on Link A on Year 2018 Month 3 Day 10, and uninstalled it on Year 2018 Month 10 Day 3, by searching in my Firefox Browser history.
2020-02-17 Matt Folks, make sure to read their privacy policy. All your email is routed through their servers and they mine it for marketing data. https://www.validity.com/privacy-policy/
2019-12-08 Strykor77 I like everything about this add-on, but there's just one annoyance. Any chance you can set the tab that opens to appear at the end of the row instead of next to the active tab?
