Mirigana is a Firefox add-on that adds furigana to kanji in each tweet on Twitter. It provides the option to choose between builtin or online engine for parsing, allows you to adjust furigana size and color, and even adds furigana when you copy the text from a tweet.

Works only on X/Twitter and it does so perfectly. If you're using the black theme, the furigana might not show, but you can customize the color of the furigana so you are able to see it. You can also increase the font size. Great extension for Japanese learners. Thanks!
