Large Image Blocker is a simple Firefox add-on that allows users to block images exceeding a specific file size. It helps save bandwidth, increase performance, and save RAM. Blocked images are replaced with alternative text or broken image symbols. Note that images in the browser cache are not blocked. The add-on has a few known issues, such as affecting downloads and not working when the tab URL directly points to an image.
