ITJ's Cyberpunk Dark Edit

An edited version of Cyberpunk by Nate, which was also an edit/recreation of another theme, which is using some art by kirokaze. Anyhow, I liked the theme, but I wanted the toolbar to be transparent, and keep the dark mode.
