The extension generates a document-map or index of any web document structured with headings and/or with sections in HTML 5. It shows the headings structure, the errors in the structure (ie. incorrect levels), and it works as HTML5 Outliner too.

HeadingsMap: A Comprehensive Firefox Add-On for Web Navigation
HeadingsMap is a Firefox add-on used to generate a document map or index of any web document structured with headings or HTML5 sections. It highlights the headings structure, pinpoints errors in the structure, and acts as an HTML5 Outliner. By clicking on any indexed items, users are taken directly to the content. The add-on also provides information from documents contained within frames, updates content following changes in the DOM, and does not display hidden headers or sections. This tool proves invaluable for web developers, consultants, and auditors.

It's great! But I still found some problems after using it. For example, if the position attribute of the header element of some web pages is fixed, then click on the headers the document will scroll too far in the outline sidebar.
