Block websites by adding their domain to a list. There are two ways to block a domain. You can go to the extensions HOME/options page to manually add the domain. Or you can click on "ADD DOMAIN" within the extension's popup page.
Domain Blocker is a Firefox add-on that allows you to block websites by adding their domain to a list. It offers two ways to block a domain and provides a simple HTML page to inform you of the blocked content. The add-on enables you to manually add domains or import them from a text file. It saves all data locally and includes an option to download and backup your blocked domain list. Domain Blocker is a fun small side project with an intuitive interface and an icon from juicy_fish.

User reviews
simple and convenient solution. helps get rid of annoying pop-up windows on sites for downloading files. Unfortunately, the function of editing the list of blocked domains is poorly implemented, but it is possible to save this list to a text file.

I did not install the plug-in.
As a privacy-conscious individual, it concerns me that this add-on requires the "Access your data for all websites" permission. This seems suspicious and unnecessary, given the technical details of how the internet works and the Firefox documentation.
It appears that blocking websites is doable without the "Access your data for all websites" permission, as suggested by the existence of the "Liberty Arrow" add-on by Gary Strivin'.
