Leaving a 3 star review for now. Tested this on Zen, and tried several extensions, including the one demo'd (Perplexity) on the authors github page. I just get 4 black circles after clicking the install button. Downloaded Firefox Nightly and it did the same thing. xpinstall value was set to false in both browser.
