Clock-hours-12 is a Firefox add-on that adds a 12-hour part of the clock in the Toolbar. It is a modification of the original 'Clock-hours' add-on, changing the format from 24 to 12 hours. To form the complete clock, you will also need the 'Clock-minutes' add-on.
