Got it to help with my ADHD when trying to read large amounts of text. Instead the extention became yet another distraction I had to deal with. Frequent pop-ups notifying me of things which don't apply to me, like that it now works on iOS, or asking me to sign up for a free-trial or pay them money for something I've not even started to use. It is, for me at least, completely useless.
