Tube Sub Export
Adds download button for subscription list in xml format.
Tube Sub Export is a Firefox add-on that adds a download button to the youtube.com/feed/channels page. It allows users to export their subscribed channels as an XML file, similar to how it used to work in Subscription Manager. The add-on is open-source and can be found on GitHub.

I see no button on the page.
PS: You should note in the description that the click from this page https://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions DOES NOT WORK (still does not work in 0.1.4 w/o page reload). User must to directly input link: https://www.youtube.com/feed/channels
