Current version goes crazy and chews up ~30% CPU across all 32 cores on my machine and causes each tab to become suddenly very CPU intensive.

Great concept. Hope the EU adopts this! It sits somewhere between physical cash and debit cards.
I'd use this over PayPal or debit cards both online and in real life!
